How soon will my order ship?

Orders placed before 11am Eastern Time, Monday - Friday will ship out that same day from our warehouse in Ohio, otherwise, they will ship out the following business day. (How’s that for speedy service?! We know what it’s like to need tea!) Our super-quick processing time means that once your order is submitted, we can’t change it.

Our warehouse will be closed on the following U.S. holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following day, Christmas Eve day and Christmas.
